Acceptance of Terms
By using the web design services provided by Webmate.pro, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Definitions
"Client" refers to the individual or entity receiving web design services from Webmate.pro. "We," "us," or "webmate.pro" refers to the provider of web design services. "Project" refers to the specific web design work or project described in the service agreement between the client and webmate.pro.

Service Agreement
All web design projects shall be governed by a separate service agreement that outlines the scope of work, timelines, pricing, and other relevant project details. Both parties (client and Webmate.pro) shall sign this agreement.

Payment
Pricing: The pricing for web design services will be as agreed upon in the service agreement. Additional costs incurred due to changes requested by the client beyond the scope of the original agreement may result in additional charges.
Payment Terms: Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement. Typically, a deposit is required before work begins, and the remaining balance is due upon project completion.
Late Payments: Failure to make payments by the due date may result in project delays or suspension until the outstanding balance is settled.

Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide Webmate.pro with all necessary materials and information required for the web design project, including text, images, logos, and any other relevant content. The client is responsible for ensuring that all provided materials do not infringe upon any third-party rights.

Intellectual Property
Client Content: The client retains ownership of all content provided for the project and is responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights and licenses for such content.

Final Deliverables: Upon full payment, the client will own the final web design deliverables. Webmate.pro retains the right to use the completed project for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.

Revisions and Changes
The service agreement will outline the number of revisions included in the project scope. Additional revisions or significant changes beyond the agreed-upon scope may result in additional charges.

Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation of the project by the client may result in fees as outlined in the service agreement. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued according to the terms specified in the agreement.

Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep any confidential information exchanged during the project confidential and not to disclose it to third parties without written consent.

Termination
Either party has the right to terminate the service agreement if the other party breaches any terms outlined therein. Termination details will be specified in the service agreement.

Disclaimer
Webmate.pro is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the web design services, including but not limited to, loss of data, business interruption, or any direct or indirect damages.
